Step1.get the leaf and grand it.
Step2.get a very fresh palm oil.
Step3.mix the plam oil and the granded leaf together and put a drop into the ear,YOU MUST NOT FEAR,THE SOLUTION WILL ONLY BRING OUT THE DIRTY THINGS DISTURBING THE EAR.
